Trump has his cabinet, but lagging behind on other appointments

Since President Trump has been in office he has overcame deep Democratic resistance to install his Cabinet picks in his first 100 days, the former executive has struggled to fill hundreds of other administration posts and the vacancies could pose a possible mounting challenge as his presidency moves further into his terms. By the 100th day while presidents are in office you are suppose to have more then President Trump has which is 24. Former President Obama had 69 positions filled.

Max Stier who is the CEO of Partnership for Public Service, reported to Fox News that “The Trump team has fallen behind on an essential aspect of running the most complicated, important, diverse organization on the planet and you can’t do it properly if you don’t have the right people put in place.” With all these controversy's about Trump and falling behind schedule, will he do as promised in the campaign?
